Data Retention Duration

We retain your personal information on our record as long as your account is active on our Website. We will not retain any of your personal data on our records for more than two years after your account is terminated unless such information is required to defend a legal action or assert Company’s claim in legal action.

When you make a booking you will be asked to provide certain personal information about yourself and any other passengers travelling with you. This personal information includes but is not limited to all travellers full name, your email address and your phone number. 

Purpose of Processing and Legal Bases

We process this personal information to book the requested services for you. We also use this information to contact you and send booking confirmation to you.

The legal basis for our processing of this personal data is performance of our contract with you in accordance with Article 6(1)(b).

Data Retention Duration

We retain your personal information on our record for a maximum period of three years. We will not retain any of your personal data on our records for more than three years after the date of your booking unless such information is required to defend a legal action or assert Company’s claim in legal action.

When making online bookings you will be requested to provide specific personal information depending on your chosen payment option. Consumer’s personal data may include full name, billing address and bank details. The personal information you provide us will be shared with the payment processor and will also be governed by our Payment Processor’s Privacy Policy. Our legal basis for our processing of this personal data is the performance of our contract with you in accordance with Article 6(1)(b).
